Nurse calls
A nurse is available during regular business hours to answer any questions and give advice. 

Nurse calls are returned in order they are left and by the nature of call. In case of emergency please dial 911.

Between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:00 am Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays please dial the main office number (817) 481-3585 for assistance.

Meet the Team

  • Michael W. McCoy, MD

    Dr. Michael McCoy is a board certified Pediatrician currently practicing in the Grapevine/Colleyville area. Dr. McCoy, a native of Louisiana, is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He relocated to Dallas and completed a residency program in Pediatrics at Children's Medical Center of Dallas through the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

  • Shelley Barclay, RN, FNP-BC

    Shelley Barclay is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her FNP career in 2012 working in an Internal Medicine clinic in Fort Worth, TX. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004 from The University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing. After this, she worked as a registered nurse at Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist Fort Worth in oncology and hematology.

    Lisa is a Native Texan, who is full of that Southern hospitality. Lisa has 17 years of Medical Administration skills that she offers to Practical Pediatrics. 10 years of that has been proudly dedicated to working with Dr. McCoy. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. She lives in Keller, her hometown, with her husband David, two girls, Emily and Megan.

Prescriptions


When calling for a refill on an existing prescription, please contact your pharmacy and they will contact our office. If you proceed to leave a message with us, you will need to provide your child's name, date of birth, name of medication, dosage and PHARMACY name and phone number. There may be a delay in processing the refill if any of the information previously listed is missing.

Controlled substance prescriptions must be requested 48 hours prior to sending to pharmacy. Please make sure when leaving a message for a refill to include your child's name, date of birth, name of medication, dosage and PHARMACY name and phone number. All medication forms for school/daycare there will be a $5.00 fee due at the time of completion. Payment will need to be collected before the form is faxed or emailed.
